Orders, Payments & Cancellations
All pieces are custom and made to order. The studio reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at its discretion. Once a design has been approved and payment has been submitted, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled or modified. All pricing, invoices, and transactions are handled securely. Payment confirms your place in the production schedule.
Design & Production Expectations
Design concepts are delivered within 3–5 business days. Production timelines typically range from 2–8 weeks, depending on the scale, detail, and current order volume.While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur due to the handmade nature of stained glass and material availability. These variations are not considered defects—they’re part of what makes each piece one of a kind.
Shipping, Liability & Damages
The studio is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of its control, including weather, transit issues, or service interruptions.If a piece arrives damaged, same-day photo documentation is required, and the item must be returned for inspection before any resolution is determined. Claims that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
Website Use & Availability
This website is provided “as is.” While efforts are made to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, the studio is not liable for errors, omissions, or temporary website downtime.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, content, and artwork are the intellectual property of the studio and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission. Custom designs remain the property of the studio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

All pieces are created specifically for each client; therefore, all sales are final.
In the rare event your piece arrives damaged, you are required to document the condition of both the packaging and the artwork on the day of delivery. Clear, detailed photos must be submitted immediately upon receipt.
The item must then be returned for formal inspection. Any resolution, including repair, replacement, or refund, will be determined solely after the piece has been received and assessed. Determinations are made based on verified shipping-related damage.
Claims submitted without same-day documentation, or items not returned for evaluation, will not be eligible for consideration.
